Celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month and Small Business Week in the Excelsior! For 8 days in May, CHOW FUN will feature an Asian dine-around to bring together foodies and families for some delicious food and fun! We believe that culture and cuisine are essential elements of a vibrant, thriving community. Experiences like these will affirm and celebrate our heritage, and will help us connect with San Francisco's larger multi-cultural community.

» SHOP LOCAL, EAT GLOBAL: Take a culinary trip around the world by visiting local cafes, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

» A CULTURAL CELEBRATION: This event will provide an opportunity to celebrate the rich Asian community, culture and cuisine in District 11.

» AN ECONOMIC DRIVER: This event will uplift Asian American entrepreneurs and small business owners, and will support the renaissance and recovery of the Excelsior.

» COMMUNITY GOODWILL: This event will increase the district's visibility as a diverse and thriving neighborhood.

SHOP LOCAL. EAT GLOBAL. From May 13–20, take your tastebuds on a culinary trip around the world by visiting local cafes, bakeries, bars and restaurants showcasing flavors from Hawaii, China, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

PASSPORT PROGRAM: Diners who make a purchase at participating merchants will get a stamp on their passport. Get 3 or more stamps and you'll be eligible to be a part of the lucky draw for some fabulous prizes, including a roundtrip airline ticket from Alaska Airlines!
